摘要
职业期望代际流动性是代际职业流动的早期特征,表现出青少年子代相对于父代职业的流动倾向。基于中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)数据,对初中生职业期望代际流动性的影响因素进行实证分析,重点探究农民工随迁子女与城市本地学生的差异性。研究发现:随迁子女相对缺乏学校、朋辈以及家长的支持;随迁子女的代际流动性更强,相对而言更期望从事高于父代阶层的职业,比城市本地学生更“上进”;学校、朋辈和家长支持维度的多项因素影响着初中生职业期望的代际流动性。基于发展型社会政策理念,对培育农民工随迁子女之职业期望提出三点对策建议:促进社会融入,培养新型市民;开展职业启蒙,塑造职业期望;加强三方合作,形成育人合力。
The inter-generational mobility of occupational expectations is an early characteristic of inter-generational occupational mobility,showing the mobility trends of teenagers relative to their parents'occupations.Based on the data of China Education Panel Survey(CEPS),this study conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of inter-generational mobility of junior high school students'occupational expectations,focusing on the differences between migrant workers'children and urban local students.The study found that migrant workers'children lacked the social support of schools,peers and parents.Migrant workers'children have stronger inter-generational mobility,were relatively more expected to engage in occupations higher than their parents’class,and were more motivated than urban local students.A number of factors in the dimensions of schools,peer and parents’support affect the inter-generational mobility of junior high school students'occupational expectations.Finally,based on thought of Developmental Social Policy,we should promote social integration and cultivate new-type citizens;carry out vocational enlightenment education and shape occupational expectations;strengthen tripartite cooperation and form a joint force of education.
