哲学社会科学人才激励机制的框架建构--基于扎根理论的分析 被引量:2

摘要 哲学社会科学在学科范式、成果转化模式等方面与自然科学和工程技术研究存在一定差异,其人才成长路径、影响因素、成熟周期也有所不同,需建立符合其学科特点的激励机制。本研究通过对国内多所高校哲学社会科学领域高层次人才的访谈,依据扎根理论,围绕人才激励机制的问题表现与理想要素开展分析,从认识理念、设计部署、方式策略、操作执行、考核评价、效用影响6个方面,梳理了哲学社会科学人才激励机制改革的框架结构。基于对访谈结果的逐级编码,得出哲学社会科学的人才激励机制模型,描述了激励机制改革的立足点、出发点、切入点、着力点、关键点和落脚点。 Philosophy and social sciences are different from natural sciences and engineering technology research in discipline paradigm and achievement transformation mode.Differences also exist in the growth path,infl uencing factors and maturity cycle of talents.Therefore,an incentive mechanism should be established in line with their discipline characteristics.Through interviews with high-level talents in the fi eld of philosophy and social science in many universities in China,this paper analyzes the problem performance and ideal elements of the talent incentive mechanism based on the grounded theory.The framework structure of the reform of the incentive mechanism for talents of philosophical and social science is reviewed from six aspects such as understanding concept,design deployment,method and strategy,operation execution,assessment and evaluation,and utility and impact.Based on the step-by-step coding of the interview results,the incentive mechanism model for talents of philosophy and social sciences is obtained,which describes the standpoint,starting point,entry point,focus point,key point,and foothold of the incentive mechanism reform.
