摘要
人力资源管理系统强度指的是能够影响组织传递人力资源管理信息的效率,并创造高强度组织氛围的人力资源管理的一系列元属性。对人力资源管理系统强度的研究是人力资源管理领域重要的新进展之一,它使得研究者与实践者从单一聚焦人力资源管理系统内容的设计转向兼而关注人力资源管理措施的实施过程。然而,有关人力资源管理系统强度的理论研究进展却相对滞后,并且存在诸多局限性,甚至会干扰该领域向正确的方向迈进。基于上述研究背景,为了推动相关理论研究的良性发展,为管理实践提供更有效的参考建议,本研究从人力资源管理系统强度的内涵和结构、测量工具以及实证研究进展3个方面出发,系统地梳理、评析了以往的研究,并在此基础上展望了未来值得继续探索的研究方向。
The strength of human resource management system refers to a series of meta-attributes of human resource management that can affect the efficiency of human resource management information transmission and create a high-intensity organizational atmosphere.The research on this fi eld is one of the important new progresses in human resource management,which enables researchers and practitioners shift their focus from the content design of human resource management system to the implementation process of human resource management measures.However,the theoretical research on the strength of human resource management system is still relatively insufficient,and there exist many limitations,which may even hinder the reasonable progress in the fi eld.Based on the above research background,in order to promote the benign development of relevant theoretical research and provide more effective advice to management practices,this paper systematically reviewed and analyzed the past research from the three aspects of the connotation and structure,measuring tools,and empirical research progress of the strength of human resources management system,and on this basis,looked forward to the future research direction worthy of further exploration.
