As globalization evolves forward,multilateralism and its practice have become a universal consensus accepted by the entire international community in global governance.The international relations nowadays saw the prominent factors of instability and uncertainty,the frequent outbreak of global crises,the severe impact on the industrial chain and value chain,as well as the continuous accumulation of conservative polarization.Multilateralism is stuck in a dilemma that underlines shaking foundations,failure risks and doubts,thus resulting in the dispute on“true or false”multilateralism.As a great champion of multilateralism,China has always practiced true multilateralism,led global multilateralism with the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,safeguarded the international system with the United Nations at its core,consolidated the multilateralism platform,improved the multilateral cooperation mechanism,and provided China's solutions for promoting the sustainable progress of multilateralism.
