摘要
采用辅助工装隔热方法,研究分析继电器过波峰焊炉焊接不良率问题。结果表明,不同基材工装、相同基材不同厚度工装,对继电器隔热具有不同效果。散热性能越好,隔热越好,基材越薄,散热性能越佳。
Using the auxiliary tooling insulation method,the problem of welding defect rate of relay over-wave soldering furnace was studied and analyzed.The results show that different substrate tooling and different thickness fixtures of the same substrate have different effects on relay insulation.The better the heat dissipation performance,the better the heat insulation,and the thinner the substrate,the better the heat dissipation performance.
