库尔勒电厂多煤种掺烧技术实践与经济性评价

摘要 多煤种掺烧是当前煤炭供应形式下电厂保证锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行的必然选择。配煤掺烧需考虑设备与煤种的匹配性,文中以库尔勒电厂为例,根据煤质特性及供应情况初步确定主力掺烧煤种,并结合锅炉设备情况与煤质特性,分析常用的间断性掺烧、预混掺烧及分磨掺烧方式的特点,提出了入炉煤及掺烧煤种的煤质要求,同时根据掺烧煤种推荐了合适的掺烧方式,并最终通过实炉掺烧提出运行过程中的注意事项。 Co-combustion of multiple coal types is an inevitable choice for power plants to ensure safe,stable and economical operation of boilers under the current coal supply form.Coal blending needs to consider the matching of equipment and coal types.Taking Korla Power Plant as an example,this paper first classifies multiple coal types,and preliminarily determines the main blended coal types according to coal quality characteristics and supply conditions,and combines the boiler equipment and conditions.Coal quality characteristics,analyze the characteristics of the commonly used intermittent blending,premixed blending and separate grinding blending methods,put forward the coal quality requirements for the coal into the furnace and the blended coal,and recommend the appropriate blending coal The mixing method,and finally put forward the precautions in the operation process through the actual furnace mixing.The practical results can provide a reference for optimizing the operating parameters of the boiler and improving the adaptability of the coal type of the boiler.
