国产YOTGCD875A型液力耦合器故障分析及处理

摘要 某电厂热网系统配备5台600SR153I型单级双吸卧式离心泵,每台泵配备1台YOTGCD875A型液力耦合器,运行时发现#3热网循环泵配备电机轴承温度超温报警,并且油系统压力表无压力显示;#1热网循环泵液力耦合器投入运行时,液力耦合器内部存在周期性异响,剐蹭声音明显,并且转速调节不准确。文中介绍了两次检修过程,分析在液力耦合器中导致油系统油压降低及在启动升速过程中产生异响且转速调节不准确的原因,并提出了相应的处理措施。 The heating network system of a power plant is equipped with 5 sets of 600SR153I single-stage doublesuction horizontal centrifugal pumps,each pump is equipped with 1 YOTGCD875A hydraulic coupler,and it is found that the#3 heat network circulating pump is equipped with an over-temperature alarm for the motor bearing temperature during operation.,and the oil system pressure gauge has no pressure display;when the#1 heat network circulating pump hydraulic coupling is put into operation,there is periodic abnormal sound inside the hydraulic coupling,the sound of scratching is obvious,and the speed adjustment is inaccurate.The two maintenance procedures are now introduced,the reasons for the reduction of oil pressure in the hydraulic coupling,the abnormal noise and the inaccurate speed adjustment during the startup and acceleration process are analyzed,and the corresponding treatment measures are proposed.
