为提升电气设计、结构设计、生产制造以及运行维护等相关人员的水平,减少自然灾害对输电线路的影响,达到安全供电的目的。通过现场踏勘、调查,收集有关气象资料,并对相关资料进行分析,合理确定覆冰厚度的设计值,确保输电线路的安全。
In order to improve the level of electrical design,structural design,manufacturing,operation and maintenance and other related personnel,reduce the impact of natural disasters on transmission lines,and achieve the purpose of safe power supply.Through on-site reconnaissance and investigation,relevant meteorological data are collected,and relevant data are analyzed to reasonably determine the design value of ice thickness to ensure the safety of transmission lines.
