医疗机构新冠肺炎防控风险点评价指标体系的构建研究

Research on the construction of evaluation index system for risk points of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in medical institutions

摘要 目的构建医疗机构新冠肺炎防控风险点评价指标体系。方法采用文献研究法初步构建医疗机构新冠肺炎防控风险点评价指标体系,采用Delphi法对疫情防控和卫生应急领域的相关专家进行咨询,运用EpiData3.1和SPSS22.0软件进行数据录入和统计分析。结果构建的医疗机构新冠肺炎防控风险点评价指标体系涵盖6个一级指标(防控体系建设,病例筛查,患者管理,医务人员个人防护与健康监测,清洁消毒与医疗废物,全员培训、现场督导及质量控制)、20个二级指标和85个三级指标。结论构建医疗机构新冠肺炎防控风险点评价指标体系有利于明确医疗机构新冠肺炎防控的关键节点,可以为医疗机构科学、有效地开展新冠肺炎防控工作提供支持与指引。 Objective To establish evaluation index system for risk points of COVID-19 prevention and control in medical institutions.Methods The literature research method was used to preliminarily construct the evaluation index system for risk points of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in medical institutions.Delphi method was used to consult relevant experts in the field of epidemic prevention and control,and health emergency EpiData 3.1 and SPSS 22.0 software were used for data entry and statistical analysis.Results An evaluation index system for risk points of COVID-19 prevention and control in medical institutions has been constructed,covering 6 first-level indicators(prevention and control system construction,case screening,patient management,personal protection and health monitoring of medical staff,cleaning and disinfection and medical waste,full-staff training,on-site supervision and quality control),20 second-level indicators and 85 third-level indicators.Conclusion The establishment of the evaluation index system for risk points of COVID-19 prevention and control in medical institutions is conducive to clarifying the key points of COVID-19 prevention and control in medical institutions,and provides support and guidance for medical institutions to carry out COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control scientifically and effectively.
