兰州市城区儿童早期亲子互动水平影响因素分析

Analysis of the influencing factors of the level of early parent-child interaction among children in urban areas of Lanzhou City

目的 探究兰州市城区儿童早期亲子互动水平的影响因素。方法 在兰州市城区随机抽取0~3岁儿童及其家长作为研究对象,对其进行亲子互动情况调查,分析亲子互动量表得分与家庭养育情况的相关性。结果 亲子互动教育量表总分为(51.860±7.266)分,亲子互动喂养量表总分为(50.400±9.646)分。儿童年龄(r=0.266)、家长文化程度(r=0.166)、家庭年收入(r=0.129)等与亲子互动教育量表得分存在相关性(P<0.05);儿童年龄(r=0.358)、儿童出生体重(r=0.250)、家长年龄(r=0.260)、家长配偶年龄(r=0.214)、家长文化程度(r=0.227)等与亲子互动喂养量表得分存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 儿童年龄是影响亲子互动水平的首要因素,且二者呈正相关,家长的文化程度越高亲子互动质量越好。家长年龄是影响亲子互动水平的重要因素,家庭经济水平及相关因素也对亲子互动水平有影响。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the level of early Parent-Child Interaction(PCI) among children in urban areas of Lanzhou City. Methods Children aged 0~3 years and their parents were randomly selected as the study subjects in the urban area of Lanzhou City to investigate their PCI, and analyze the correlation between scores of PCI scale and family upbringing situation. Results The total scores of the PCI education and PCI feeding scale were(51.860±7.266) and(50.400±9.646). Factors associated with the PCI education scale were child age, parental education and annual household income, with r values of 0.266, 0.166 and 0.129, etc.(P<0.05) Factors associated with scores on the PCI feeding scale were child age, child birth weight, parental age, parental spouse age and parental education level, with r values were 0.358, 0.250, 0.260, 0.214 and 0.227, etc(P<0.05). Conclusion Child age is the main positivel factor influencing the level of PCI. The higher the literacy level of the parents is, the better the quality of PCI is. Parent’s age is an important factor influencing the level of PCI, and the family economic level and correlated factors of have an impact on the level of PCI.
