与HIV感染相关的心血管疾病研究热点可视化分析 被引量:1

Visualized analysis of hot spots in HIV infection-related cardiovascular disease research

摘要 目的 了解2000年以来开展与HIV感染相关的心血管疾病研究的国家、机构、作者、发表文章的期刊及研究热点的分布情况,为我国学者开展与HIV感染相关的心血管疾病研究提供科学依据。方法 以TI=(“HIV”OR “Human immunodeficiency virus”OR“AIDS”或OR“Acquired immune deficiency syndrome”)和TS=(“cardiovascular”OR“heart”)为检索式,检索2000年1月1日-2021年10月17日Web of Science数据库核心集收录的与HIV感染相关的心血管疾病研究的文献。对纳入的文献应用CiteSpace 5.7.R2和VOSviewer 1.6.17软件进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入3 859篇文献,发文量整体呈上升趋势。以美国为代表的发达国家/地区的作者、机构长期从事与HIV感染相关的心血管疾病研究,影响力大;AIDS是发文量最多的期刊和共被引期刊;研究热点集中在与HIV感染相关心血管疾病的健康综合管理、脂肪代谢、免疫系统、相关并发症4个方面。结论 我国学者应充分参考目前的研究热点,不仅关注治疗,更应关注AIDS的发病机制、护理、保健、健康教育等方面,以降低与HIV感染相关的心血管疾病的发病风险和疾病负担,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To know the distribution of countries, institutions, authors, published journals and research hotspots of HIV-related cardiovascular research since 2000, and to provide scientific basis for Chinese scholars to conduct HIV-related cardiovascular research. Methods TI=(“HIV” OR “Human immunodeficiency virus” OR “AIDS”OR “Acquired immune deficiency syndrome”) AND TS=(“cardiovascular” OR “heart”) was a search for HIV related cardiovascular disease studies from January 1, 2000 to October 17, 2021 in the core set of Web of Science database. CiteSpace 5.7.R2 and VOSviewer 1.6.17 software were used to do visualized analysis. Results A total of 3 859 articles were included, and the number of articles presented an overall upward trend. Authors and institutions from developed countries/regions represented by the United States had long been engaged in HIV-related research and had great influence. “AIDS” is the most studied and co-cited journal. The research focused on the comprehensive health management of HIV infection cardiovascular disease, fat metabolism, immune system and related complications. Conclusion Chinese scholars should fully refer to current research hotspots;pay more attention not only to treatment, but also to disease mechanism, nursing, health care and education, in order to reduce the risk and burden of HIV-infected cardiovascular disease in and improve the quality of life.
