院前医疗急救站点标准化建设实践与探索

Practice and exploration of standardized construction of pre-hospital medical emergency situations

目的探讨院前医疗急救站点标准化建设的经验,以期促进院前急救体系的发展。方法根据《杭州市深化院前急救医疗体系建设三年行动计划(2018—2020年)》《杭州市急救中心急救站点建设标准》,建成相对完善的全市急救网络体系,新建并改造急救站点。结果截至2020年年底,已完成全市急救站点总数92个,完成率为82.9%。全市救护车总数量为287辆,完成率为110.4%,其中高性能救护车比例为32.4%,负压救护车总量达104辆。结论院前急救站点标准化建设可保障院前医疗体系统筹协调发展,有利于院前急救设备设施维护和管理工作的开展,推动城乡医疗服务一体化建设。

Objective To explore the experience of standardized construction of pre-hospital medical emergency stations for the development of pre-hospital emergency system. Methods According to“Hangzhou City’s Three-Year Action Plan for Deepening the Construction of Pre-hospital Emergency Medical System(2018-2020)” and “Hangzhou Emergency Center Emergency Station Construction Standards”, a relatively complete city-wide emergency network system was built, and emergency stations were newly built and renovated. Results By the end of 2020, the number of completed emergency stations in the city reached 92, with the completion rate of 82.9%. A total number of ambulances in the city was 287, with the completion rate of 110.4%, of which the proportion of high-performance ambulances was32.4%, and the total number of isolation ambulances reached 104. Conclusion The standardized construction of prehospital emergency stations can ensure the coordinated development of the pre-hospital medical system, facilitate the maintenance and management of pre-hospital emergency equipment, and promote the integration of urban and rural medical services.
