一种长金属滤袋对接结构设计与分析

Design and Analysis of the Butt Structure of a Long Metal Filter Bag

长金属滤袋在煤电、冶金等行业中得到广泛应用.目前,金属滤袋主要通过法兰或螺纹方式来实现滤袋的连接,存在着容易卡死以及工作效率低等问题,因此急需对金属滤袋的对接结构进行优化.本文采用牙扣内式连接,结构简单,连接时只需对准牙扣,旋转连接即可,无需转动金属滤袋袋身,连接灵活,密封性好,可大大缩短安装时间,能很大程度上降低滤袋连接的工作量,从而提高效率.

Long metal filter bag is widely used in coal,electricity,metallurgy and other industries.At present,the metal filter bag is mainly connected by flange or thread,which is easy to get stuck and low working efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the butt structure of the metal filter bag.In this paper,the buckle internal connection,simple structure,connection only need to alignment buckle,rotary connection,no need to rotate the metal filter bag body,flexible connection,good sealing,can greatly shorten the installation time,can greatly reduce the workload of the filter bag connection,so as to improve efficiency.
