不同能量密度的Er:YAG激光蚀刻对窝沟封闭微渗漏的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究不同能量密度的Er:YAG激光蚀刻牙釉质对窝沟封闭微渗漏的影响。方法将72颗离体第三磨牙随机分为9组(n=8):酸蚀组、100 mJ激光组、120 mJ激光组、140 mJ激光组、160 mJ激光组、100 mJ+酸蚀联合组、120 mJ+酸蚀联合组、140 mJ+酸蚀联合组、160 mJ+酸蚀联合组。行窝沟封闭术,所有样本在1%亚甲蓝中浸泡24 h后进行切割,在体视显微镜下观察封闭剂与牙体组织间的渗漏程度,记录微渗漏值进行统计学分析。结果不同能量密度的Er:YAG激光蚀刻对窝沟封闭体外微渗漏值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Er:YAG激光与酸蚀联合使用微渗漏值较单独Er:YAG激光蚀刻更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4个Er:YAG激光组与酸蚀组间微渗漏值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激光蚀刻可达到与酸蚀类似的边缘密合度,而不同能量密度的Er:YAG激光蚀刻对窝沟封闭微渗漏值的影响差异不显著;Er:YAG激光蚀刻联合酸蚀可取得较单独Er:YAG激光蚀刻处理窝沟表面更良好的边缘密合性。 Objective To evaluate the effect of different energy densities of Er:YAG Laser etching enamel on microleakage of pit and fissure sealant.Methods A total of 72 third molars were randomly divided into 9 groups(n=8 in each group):acid etching group,100 mJ laser group,120 mJ laser group,140 mJ laser group,160 mJ laser group,100 mJ+acid etching group,120 mJ+acid etching group,140 mJ+acid etching group and 160 mJ+acid etching group.Pit and fissure sealant was performed.All samples were cut after soaking in 1%methylene blue for 24 h.The degree of leakage between sealant and dental tissue was observed under the stereomicroscope,and the microleakage value was recorded for statistical analysis.Results There was no significant difference in the effect of Er:YAG laser with different energy densities on microleakage of pit and fissure sealant(P>0.05).The microleakage value of Er:YAG laser etching combined with acid etching was statistically lower than that of Er:YAG laser etching alone(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in microleakage value between four laser groups and acid etching group(P>0.05).Conclusion The marginal adaptability of laser etching is similar to that of acid etching.Er:YAG laser etching with different energy densities has no significant difference in microleakage value of pit and fissure sealant.The marginal adaptability of Er:YAG laser etching combined with acid etching is better than that of Er:YAG laser etching.
