资本逻辑视域下自然力对生态文明新样态的建构

The Construction of a New Form of Ecological Civilization by Natural Force from the Perspective of Capital Logic

在资本逻辑视域下考察自然力问题,既是马克思和恩格斯批判资本主义生产方式的重要维度,又是当下在建构生态文明新样态中应当优先考虑的理论话题。资本逻辑对自然力产生了“文明面”和“罪恶面”的双重效应,其内在本质是马克思所说的作为“资本的生产力”在起作用。从社会形态更替的历史大视野出发,自然力摆脱资本奴役的方式与建构生态文明新样态的理论构想是一致的,即利用资本逻辑的“文明面”,将对“资本的生产力”的批判性继承、交往关系的改变和社会制度变革作为主要突破口。当前,中国生态文明建设通过“推动自然资本大量增殖”“共建生态良好的地球美好家园”“人与自然和谐共生的现代化”等举措,走出了一条破解资本与自然力关系难题的生态文明新道路,展现了建构生态文明新样态的制度示范效应。

The study of natural force from the perspective of capital logic is not only an important aspect of Marx and Engels'criticism of capitalist mode of production,but also a theoretical topic that should be given priority in constructing a new form of ecological civilization at present.Capital logic has the dual effects of“civilization side”and“crime side”on the natural force,and its intrinsic essence is the function of“capital productivity”described by Marx.Starting from the historical view of social form change,the way in which the force of nature gets rid of the slavery of capital is consistent with the theoretical conception of constructing a new form of ecological civilization.That is to use the“civilization side”of capital logic,and take the critical inheritance of“capital productivity”,the change of communication relations and the reform of social system as the main breakthrough.At the current stage,China's ecological civilization construction has developed a new road that solves the problem of the relationship between capital and natural forces through measures such as“promoting the substantial appreciation of natural capital”,“jointly building a beautiful home for the earth with good ecology”,and“modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature”.The new road shows the institutional demonstration effect of constructing a new form of ecological civilization.
