比较4株枯草芽孢杆菌对武定鸡生长性能及免疫效果的影响

To Compare the Effects of Four Strains of Bacillus subtilis on Growth Performance and Immune Effect of Wuding Chicken

为了比较并分析4株枯草芽孢杆菌对武定鸡生长性能及免疫效果的影响,笔者将武定鸡雏鸡分成不同试验组并添加相同浓度的4株枯草芽孢杆菌悬液分别喂养,测定各项生产指标,采集血液测定白细胞、红细胞及淋巴细胞数量并进行血凝抑制试验,测量免疫器官指数和小肠长度,制作和镜检小肠黏膜石蜡切片。结果各试验组小肠长度、小肠绒毛高度.V/C值、小肠隐窝深度、平均日采食量、平均体重、料重比、胸腺及脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、白细胞数、红细胞数、淋巴细胞数、禽流感抗体效价.新城疫抗体效价等指数与对照组相比均存在显著性差异。说明4株枯草芽孢杆菌对武定鸡的生长性能及免疫效果都有促进作用,其中1号菌株效果最为显著。

[Objective]Compared and analyzed the effects of4strains of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance and immune ffct of W uding chickens.[Method]W uding chickens were divided into diferent experimental groups and fed with4strains of Baillus subtilis suspension of the same concentration,repetively.The average body weight,daily gain,daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio were measured.The Blood was clleted to determine the number of white blood cells,red blood cells and lymphocytes,and the hemaggluti-nation inhibition test was performed,the immune organ index and small intestinal length were measured,and parafin sections of small intestinal mucosa were made and examined under microscope.[Resuls]Small itestine length,vllus height and VIC value,crypt depth of small intestine,average daily fed intake,average body weight,feed to gain ratio,thymus and spleen indexes,bursa of Falius index,WBC,RBC,lymphocyte,avian flu antibody titer and Newcastle disease antibody titer were significantly dfferent compared with group.[Conclusion]The four strains of Bacillus subtilis can promote the growth performance and immune effect of Wuding chickens,among which the No.1 strain has the most obvious ffect.
