新农科背景下农科专业学位研究生复合型培养模式研究

Research on the Compound Talents Training Mode of Professional Graduate in the Background of“Neo-Agricultural Science”

随着农业现代化建设进入全产业链发展阶段,高层次复合型人才短缺日益凸显,而产业链与人才培养脱节现象严重制约了农业产业化的发展。笔者分析了农科专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,探索了以产业链需求为导向的新农科复合型专业学位研究生培养模式构建的关键环节,为我国新农科人才培养提出合理化建议。

The agriculture modermnization has come to the stage of industry chain development,but there is an increasing deficiency of high-level compound talents.This awkward fact is result from the off-target of the professional graduale training mode to the develop-mental requirement of industry chain and has hindered the agriculture modernization in China.To provide constructive eferences for policy determination,we analyzed the problematic points in the current talents training and proposed the improved talent training mode and the corresponding methods in the back ground of“neo-agricultural science”.
