“三全育人”背景下高校思想政治教育协同育人机制研究

Research on the Cooperative Education Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of"Three Complete Education"

思想政治教育作为一项复杂的系统工程,是解决好高校“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”问题的关键,对于高校开创思想政治工作的新局面具有重要意义。文章立足于“三全育人”,从协同育人曲视角出发,通过对高校思想政治教育协同育人机制的研究分析,指出当前高校思想政治教育协同育人机制存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以期能够更好地构建高校思想政治教育协同育人机制,实现殳德树人的根本任务。

As a complex system engineering,ideological and political education is the key to solve the problem of"who,how and for whom to cultivate"in colleges and universities,and it is of great significance to create a new situation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Based on the"three complete education",from the perspective of collaborative education,through the research and analysis of the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper points out the problems existing in the current collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding solutions,in order to better build the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and realize the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue.
