加强文秘专业课程教学 培养高职学生职业品行

Cultivating the Professional Conduct of Higher Vocational Students

高职院校将思想政治教育与职业教育有机融合,在具体实施中仍面临着很多难点和问题。文章梳理出忠于职守、乐于奉献、勤奋严谨、善于应变和善于沟通等几种核心秘书职业品行,梳理出概论类、办文类、办会类和办事类等几大类秘书专业课程的核心内容,并从历史传统和时政需求的视角分别阐述秘书专业课程对秘书职业品行的培养作用,探索高职文秘专业如何以专业课程为基础、以思政教育为内涵,在专业教学中培养学生的职业品行。

Higher vocational colleges still face many difficulties and problems in the implementation of the organic integration of ideological and political education and vocational education.The article sorts out several core secretarial professional behaviors,such as being loyal to their duties,willing to contribute,diligent and rigorous,good at adaptability and good at communication,and sorts out the core contents of several major secretarial professional courses,such as introduction,office,meeting and office.It also expounds the role of secretarial professional courses in cultivating secretarial professional behaviors from the perspective of historical traditions and current political needs,and explores how secretarial majors in higher vocational colleges can take professional courses as the basis taking ideological and political education as the connotation,cultivate students'professional conduct in professional teaching.
