教育公平视角下农村学前教育资源供给配置现状及对策研究 被引量:1

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Supply and Allocation of Rural Preschool Education Resources from the Perspective of Educational Equity

摘要 教育公平是人类永恒的追求,接受公平的教育是每个适龄儿童应该享有的权利。近年来农村学前教育得到了长足发展,但是还存在人力、财力、物力等教育资源供给不足、配置不均衡的情况,导致农村学前教育质量不高,严重彩响了教育公平的实现。文章从教育公平的视角分析当前农村学前教育人力、财力、物力资源供给和配置的现状,对其原因进行探讨,提出相应的对策,旨在促进农村学前教育的发展,让每一位农村儿童享受公平而有质量的学前教育。 Educational equity is the eternal pursuit of mankind,and receiving fair education is the right that every school-age child should enjoy.In recent years,rural pre-school education has made great progress,but there is still insufficient supply and unbalanced allocation of human,financial,material and other educational resources,which leads to the low quality of rural pre-school education and seriously affects the realization of educational equity.From the perspective of educational equity,this paper analyzes the current situation of the supply and allocation of human,financial and material resources in rural preschool education,probes into its causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming at promoting the development of rural preschool education,so that every rural child can enjoy fair and quality preschool education.
