职业能力视角下高职院校中国传统文化教学改革摭探

摘要 如何有效提高学生的职业能力,是高职院校面临的重要问题。为确保高职院校学生的职业能力培养始终契合职业能力的要求,融入传统文化教学已势在必行。文章基于职业能力视角,分析高职院校中国传统文化教学对学生职业能力培养的重要意义,探讨高职院校中国传统文化教学工作中存在的问题,阐述职业能力视角下高职院校中国传统文化教学改革的策略,以期借助传统文化实现学生职业能力的提高。 How to effectively improve students'professional ability is an important problem faced by higher vocational colleges.In order to ensure that the vocational ability training of vocational college students always meets the requirements of vocational ability,it is imperative to integrate traditional culture teaching.Based on the perspective of vocational ability,this paper analyzes the significance of Chinese traditional culture teaching in higher vocational colleges to the cultivation of students'vocational ability,discusses the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese traditional culture in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the strategies of Chinese traditional culture teaching reform in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of vocational ability,in order to improve students'vocational ability with the help of traditional culture.
