基于工作过程的高职“护理基本技术”实训教学模式探研

摘要 目的:研究在高职院校“护理基本技术”实训教学课程中纳入工程过程理念的有效性。方法:对2019级高职护理班137人进行具体实训引导,其中护理5班是实验组(70人),护理14班为对照组(67人),对比教学质量。结果与结论:在高职院校的“护理基本技术”实训教学中,基于过程设计实训教学活动,不但能更好地提高学生综合考核成绩,还能够强化学生对护理知识技能的掌握。因此,以工作过程为主的实训教学理念值得推广。 Objective:to study the effectiveness of incorporating the concept of engineering process into the practical teaching course of"basic nursing skills"in higher vocational colleges.Methods:137 nursing classes of higher vocational colleges in 2019 were trained and guided.Among them,5 nursing classes were the experimental group(70 persons)and 14 nursing classes were the control group(67 persons).The teaching quality was compared.Results&conclusion:in the practical teaching of"basic nursing skills"in higher vocational colleges,designing practical teaching activities based on process can not only improve students'comprehensive examination results,but also strengthen students'mastery of nursing knowledge and skills.Therefore,the practical teaching concept based on working process is worth popularizing.
