摘要
针对余氏墩水厂原水分配不均,沉淀池维修量大、容易长藻,滤池出水水质不稳定等问题进行了改造。将进水手动阀门改造成电动阀门;拆除沉淀池原液动快开排泥角阀改造为气动排泥阀,并每组设置集中式的控制单元;对滤池增加恒水位系统并与出水阀进行连动控制;液氯消毒改为次氯酸钠消毒等。改造完成后三组制水工艺负荷均匀,沉淀池运行良好且无藻类生长问题,滤池运行稳定、滤后水水质稳定。经过改造余氏墩水厂设备完好率和自动化程度明显提高,加氯系统安全性和出水水质稳定也有保障。
Aiming at the problems of uneven distribution of raw water, large maintenance of sedimentation tank, easy algae growth and unstable effluent quality of filter in Yushidun water plant, the transformation was carried out. The water inlet manual valve is transformed into an electric valve;The hydraulic quick opening valve of sedimentation tank was replaced by pneumatic valve, and centralized control unit was set for each group;A constant water level system is added to the filter and it is connected with the outlet valve;Liquid chlorine disinfection was replaced by sodium hypochlorite disinfection. After the completion of the transformation, the three groups of water production process load is uniform, the sedimentation tank runs well, there is no algae growth problem, the filter operation is stable, and the filtered water quality is stable. After the transformation, the equipment integrity rate and automation level of Yushidun water plant are obviously improved, the effluent quality is stable, and the safety of chlorination system is also guaranteed.
