西部陆海新通道区域经济-交通运输-生态环境耦合协调发展及障碍度研究

Coupling and Coordinated Development and Obstacle Degree of Regional Economy, Transportation, and Ecological Environment of New Western Land-Sea Corridor

西部陆海新通道是西部城市深化国际贸易合作的新桥梁,也是“丝绸之路经济带与21世纪海上丝绸之路”的重要连接通道。运用熵权法确定区域经济、交通运输及生态环境指标的权重,借鉴物理学耦合协调度的相关概念和方法计算西部陆海新通道沿线省(区市)区域经济-交通运输-生态环境的耦合协调度,最后运用障碍度模型计算影响西部陆海新通道沿线省(区市)协调发展的主要障碍因子。结果表明:2010—2019年西部陆海新通道沿线省(区市)区域经济-交通运输-生态环境的综合发展水平稳步递增,耦合协调类型经历了中度失调—勉强协调—中级协调的转化历程,且耦合协调度仍有较大的优化空间;通过障碍因子分析,发现客运量、旅客周转量、第二产业占GDP比重及碳排放量对西部陆海新通道的协调性影响较大。

New Western Land-sea Corridor is a new bridge for western cities to deepen international trade cooperation,and also an important connecting channel between “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. The entropy weight method(EWM) was employed to determine the indicator weights of the regional economy,transportation, and ecological environment. Then relevant concepts and methods of coupling coordination degree in physics were adopted to calculate the coupling coordination degree of the regional economy, transportation, and ecological environment of provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) along the New Western Land-Sea Corridor. Finally,the obstacle degree model was utilized to calculate the main obstacle factors affecting the coordinated development of provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) along the corridor. The results show that the comprehensive development of the regional economy, transportation, and ecological environment of provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) along this corridor improves steadily from 2010 to 2019. The coupling coordination type has experienced the transformation from moderate imbalance to reluctant coordination to intermediate coordination, and there is still large room for optimizing the coupling coordination degree. Through obstacle factor analysis, the passenger volume, passenger turnover, the proportion of the secondary industry in GDP and carbon emissions are found to have a great impact on the coordination of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.
