基于列流组合的高速铁路列车开行方案编制方法研究

摘要 针对供给能力与客流需求精准匹配问题,分析通达性、时效性、线路能力等因素,充分考虑单个车站总停站次数、单列车总停站次数、列车开行数量等约束条件,构建基于列流组合的高速铁路列车开行方案编制模型,并结合整列流组合、非整列流组合、基于运能适量虚靡的列流组合方法求解列车开行方案。以某高速铁路A站—F站区间为例对给出的编制方法进行验证,结果表明:各站间服务频率均大于站间OD客流量对应的开行数量需求,方案的平均客座率达到95%,提出的基于列流组合的列车开行方案编制模型可以有效解决供给能力与客流需求精准匹配问题,提升产品供给效率和服务供给质量,满足旅客多样化出行需求,为高速铁路列车开行方案决策以及市场导向型运输组织模式创新提供技术支持。 For the accurate matching between supply capacity and passenger flow demand, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of accessibility, timeliness, and line capacity. It also fully considered the constraints including the total number of stops at a single station, the total number of stops of a single train, and the number of operating trains.A model for compiling train operation schemes of high speed railway based on train flow combination was built and can solve operation schemes by combining integer part train flow combination, decimal part train flow combination, and the train flow combination method based on the appropriate amount of transport capacity. The proposed compiling method was verified with a section of high speed railway stations A–F as an example. The results show that the service frequency between stations is greater than the operation quantity demand corresponding to the OD passenger flow between stations,and the average seating rate of the scheme reaches 95%. The proposed model for compiling train operation schemes based on train flow combination can effectively realize accurate matching between supply capacity and passenger flow demand.Product supply efficiency and service supply quality are also improved to meet the diversified travel needs of passengers.As a result, technical support can be provided for operation scheme decisions of high speed railway trains and innovation of market-oriented transportation organization mode.
