JR东日本铁路公司经营管理发展探析

Analysis on Development of Operational Management of East Japan Railway Company

JR东日本铁路公司运营已有30余年,通过多年创新发展实践,为旅客提供便捷运输服务的同时,积累了丰富的多元经营经验。在阐述日本铁路改革发展情况基础上,梳理JR东日本铁路公司运营网络及组织机构,基于2017—2020年JR东日本铁路公司主要经营数据,分析其在运输、零售与服务、房地产与酒店、其他4个业务板块现状,并总结在目前日本社会经济环境不断变化的背景下,JR东日本铁路公司在开通新站吸引客流并确保运输能力、推出便利零售生活服务、发展首都圈生活开发项目、扩大电子货币业务范围、发展海外铁路建设等经营发展举措,从而在我国经济社会发展出现的新趋势、新特征环境下,提供铁路发展经验借鉴及参考。

East Japan Railway Company(JR East) has been operating for more than 30 years. Through years of innovative development and practice, it has provided convenient transportation services for passengers and accumulated rich experience in diversified operations. By expounding on the reform and development of railways in Japan, this study sorted out the operation network and organizational structure of JR East. Given the main operational data of JR East from 2017 to 2020, the status of the four business segments of transportation, retailing and services, real estate and hotels,and other businesses were analyzed. Against the background of the ever-changing social and economic environment in Japan, JR East has promoted new development measures, including opening new stations to attract passengers and ensure transportation capacity, launching convenient retail life services, developing life development projects in the capital region, expanding the scope of the electronic currency business, and promoting overseas railway construction. These measures can provide experience and references for China’s railway development in the context of the new trends and new characteristics in the economic and social development of China.
