布洛芬联合甲硝唑治疗慢性重度牙周炎患者对牙周指标及骨保护素的影响

Effects of Ibuprofen Combined with Metronidazole on Periodontal Indexes and Osteoprotegerin in Patients with Chronic Severe Periodontitis

目的探讨布洛芬联合甲硝唑治疗慢性重度牙周炎患者对牙周指标及骨保护素的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2022年4月郑州拜博口腔农业路医院收治的106例慢性重度牙周炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分研究组(53例)、对照组(53例),对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,研究组给予布洛芬联合甲硝唑治疗。记录两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后牙周指标、骨保护素水平及两组治疗期间不良事件发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为94.34%,高于对照组的79.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组牙龈指数、牙周袋深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组牙龈指数、牙周袋深度均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨保护素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组骨保护素水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间研究组发生四肢乏力2例,发热、恶心呕吐各1例;对照组发生四肢乏力、发热、恶心呕吐各1例;两组不良事件发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000)。结论布洛芬联合甲硝唑治疗慢性重度牙周炎患者可增强近期疗效,改善牙周指标,增强骨保护素,且安全性良好,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of ibuprofen combined with metronidazole on periodontal indexes and osteoprotegerin in patients with chronic severe periodontitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic severe periodontitis admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group(53 cases)and control group(53 cases)by random digital table method.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the study group was treated with ibuprofen combined with metronidazole.The clinical effects of the two groups were recorded,and the periodontal indexes,osteoprotegerin levels and adverse events of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.34%,higher than 79.25%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gingival index and periodontal pocket depth between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the gingival index and periodontal pocket depth of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of osteoprotegerin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of osteoprotegerin in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,2 cases of limb fatigue,1 case of fever,1 case of nausea and vomiting occurred in the study group.In the control group,there were 1 case of limb fatigue,1 case of fever,1 case of nausea and vomiting.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000).Conclusion Ibuprofen combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with chronic severe periodontitis can enhance the short-term efficacy,ameliorate periodontal indicators,enhance osteoprotegerin,and has good safety,which is worth popularizing.
