隔姜灸治疗卵巢功能减退的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Ginger Moxibustion on Ovarian Dysfunction

目的探究隔姜灸治疗女性卵巢功能减退的临床疗效。方法研究对象选取为2019年4月至2021年1月睢县妇幼保健院收治的130例卵巢功能减退患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组采用传统西医疗法,给予患者戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片口服治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗方案的基础上,进行八髎穴隔姜灸治疗,两组患者均连续治疗3个月经周期,对比治疗前后两组患者的中医证候积分(小腹胀痛、经少色淡、性欲减退)、月经出血量(月经血染面积积分、血块积分)及性激素指标[促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]变化情况。结果治疗前两组患者的小腹胀痛、经少色淡、性欲减退积分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项积分均显著低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的月经血染面积、血块积分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组积分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的FSH、E_(2)水平与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八髎穴隔姜灸治疗卵巢功能减退能够显著改善患者的中医证候积分,纠正月经量少的临床表现,还能够有效调节性激素水平,值得在临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion in the treatment of female ovarian dysfunction.Methods A total of 130 patients with ovarian function decline treated in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and control group by digital table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional western medicine therapy with estradiol valerate/cyproterone tablets,the observation group was treated by the ginger moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group,patients in both groups were treated for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The changes of TCM syndrome score(abdominal distension pain,menstrual blood volume and color,hypaphrodisia),menstrual bleeding amount(menstrual blood stained area score,blood clot score)and sex hormone indexes(FSH,LH),estradiol(E2)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of lower abdominal pain,menstrual blood volume and color and hyposexual desire between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in menstrual blood stained area and blood clot score between 2 groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the levels of FSH and E_(2) between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ovarian dysfunction with baliao point ginger moxibustion can significantly ameliorate the TCM syndrome score of patients,correct the clinical manifestations of menstrual insufficiency,and effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,which is worthy of clinical application.
