核磁共振技术在诊断膝关节损伤中的临床意义表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨核磁共振(MRI)技术在膝关节损伤中的诊断价值。方法 选取128例邓州市中医院2019年1月至2021年1月就诊的疑似膝关节损伤患者,均行MRI、CT检查,以关节镜检查结果为“金标准”,统计MRI、CT检查诊断结果,比较MRI、CT检查诊断效能及对不同类型膝关节损伤、不同分级关节软骨损伤检出率。结果 经关节镜检查结果显示,128例疑似关节镜损伤患者中,共确诊86例;经MRI检查结果显示,共确诊81例;经CT检查结果显示,共确诊74例;与CT检查诊断灵敏度80.23%(69/86)、准确率82.81%(106/128)比较,MRI检查诊断灵敏度90.70%(78/86)、准确率91.41%(117/128)较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与CT检查相比,MRI检查对于关节软骨损伤及Ⅲ级关节软骨损伤检出率较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 MRI检查对于膝关节损伤具有较高的诊断准确率,有助于提高临床对关节软骨损伤及Ⅲ级关节软骨损伤检出率,为临床早期诊断、制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in knee joint injury.Methods A total of 128 patients with suspected knee joint injury in Dengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected for MRI and CT examination. The results of arthroscopy were regarded as the "gold standard", and the diagnostic results of MRI and CT examination were counted. The diagnostic efficiency of MRI and CT examination and the detection rate of different types of knee joint injury and different grades of articular cartilage injury were compared. Results The results of arthroscopic examination showed that 86 of 128 patients with suspected arthroscopic injuries were diagnosed;the results of MRI examination showed that 81 cases were diagnosed;the results of CT examination showed that 74 cases were diagnosed;The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of MRI examination were 90.70%(78/86) and 91.41%(117/128), higher than those of CT examination, 80.23%(69/86) and 82.81%(106/128)(P < 0.05);compared with CT examination, the detection rate of articular cartilage injury and grade Ⅲ articular cartilage injury was higher(P < 0.05).Conclusion MRI has a high diagnostic accuracy for knee injuries, which helps to improve the clinical detection rate of articular cartilage injuries and grade Ⅲ articular cartilage injuries, and provides a reliable basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
