CNP模式对视神经炎急性期患者负性情绪及疾病知晓率的影响

Effects of CNP Pattern on Negative Emotions and Disease Awareness in Patients with Acute Optic Neuritis

目的分析临床护理路径(CNP)模式对急性视神经炎(AON)患者负性情绪及疾病知晓率的影响。方法收集河南省人民医院2019年3月至2021年1月期间接收的AON患者96例作为研究对象,其中接受CNP模式干预的48例患者作为观察组,接受常规护理干预的48例患者作为对照组。收集对比两组疾病知晓率、护理满意度、干预前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自护能力[自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)]、健康行为[健康行为量表(HPLP)]。结果干预后观察组SAS、SDS分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疾病知晓率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);较对照组77.08%,观察组护理满意度95.83%显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组ESCA分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组HPLP分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CNP模式应用于AON患者临床护理中,可提高疾病知晓率、护理满意度,并改善负性情绪,提高自护能力、健康行为。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)model on negative emotions and disease awareness in patients with acute optic neuritis(AON).Methods A total of 96 AON patients received in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2021 were collected as research objects,48 patients who received CNP mode intervention were selected as observation group,and 48 patients who received routine nursing intervention were selected as a control group.The disease awareness rate,nursing satisfaction,negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],self-care ability[self-care ability scale(ESCA)],health behavior[health behavior scale(HPLP)]before and after intervention were collected and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The disease awareness rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.83%significantly higher than that in the control group which was 77.08%(P<0.05);After the intervention,the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the HPLP score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CNP model in clinical nursing of AON patients can improve the disease awareness rate and nursing satisfaction,ameliorate negative emotions,improve self-care ability and healthy behavior.
