中国省域数字经济与实体经济耦合测度——基于灰色关联、耦合协调与空间关联网络的角度

Coupling Measurement of Digital Economy and Real Economy in China——An Analysis Based on Grey Correlation,Coupling Coordination and Spatial Correlation Network

本文采用2011~2020年我国31个省际的相关数据,从互联网普及率、信息产业相关从业情况、数字产业相关产出情况等5个方面选取指标。测算出31个省(区、市)的数字经济水平。同时,从灰色关联度、耦合协调度和空间关联网络,实证研究我国数字经济与实体经济的变化关系。结果表明:我国数字经济的发展形式整体呈现东高西低的现象,区域差异明显;数字经济发展较快的省(区、市)更能体现数字经济的正向促进作用,与实体经济的耦合协调程度较高;数字经济发展较快,且与实体经济的耦合协调度较高的省(区、市)对周边地区的空间外部溢出效应更加显著。最后提出政府应该加速推进数字经济发展,充分发挥数字经济的优势效应助力实体经济的发展,加强监管引导的建议。

Based on the relevant data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper selects indicators from five aspects,including internet penetration rate,employment situation of information industry and output situation of digital industry.Calculate the digital economy level of 31 provinces( autonomous regions and cities),then examines the relationship between the China’s digital economy and the real economy through grey correlation degree,coupling coordination degree and spatial correlation network.The results show that the development pattern of China’s digital economy is generally high in the east and low in the west,with obvious regional differences.Provinces with faster development of digital economy can better reflect the positive promotion effect of digital economy and have higher coupling coordination degree with real economy.Provinces with faster development of digital economy and higher coupling coordination degree with real economy have more significant spatial external spillover effect on surrounding areas.Finally,the government should accelerate the development of digital economy,give full play to the advantages of digital economy to promote the development of real economy,strengthen supervision and guidance,and avoid the emergence of digital economy from real to virtual phenomenon.
