绿色信贷对传统能源行业就业规模的影响——基于企业行为视角的研究

Impact of Green Credit on Employment Scale in Traditional Energy Industry——Research Based on the Perspective of Enterprise Behavior

本文基于企业行为视角,从理论层面分析了绿色信贷对传统能源行业就业规模的影响及其作用机制与区域异质性。利用2009~2019年省级面板数据,通过构建固定效应模型、中介效应模型以及面板门槛模型进行实证研究,结果显示:从全国层面来看,绿色信贷对传统能源行业有正向的就业效应,但随着绿色信贷规模的增加,这种正向作用会随之减弱;清洁能源需求量在政策效应发挥的过程中起到部分中介作用;此外,绿色信贷的政策效应存在区域异质性:在第二产业占比较高的地区,由于对传统能源行业的依赖度较高,绿色信贷有较强的正向就业效应;在我国的西部地区,由于绿色信贷规模较低,其正向就业效应更强。

From the perspective of enterprise behavior,this paper theoretically analyzes the impact of green credit on employment scale in traditional energy industry,its mechanism and regional heterogeneity.Using the provincial panel data from 2009to 2019,by constructing fixed effect model,mediation effect model and threshold model,the results of analysis show that green credit has a positive effect on employment in traditional energy industry on national level,but with the increase of green credit scale,the positive effect weakens.The demand for clean energy plays a partial intermediary role in the process of policy effect.In addition,there is regional heterogeneity in the policy effect of green credit:in areas with a higher proportion of secondary industry,due to high dependence on traditional energy industry,green credit has a stronger positive employment effect;in western part of China,the positive employment effect of green credit is stronger because the scale of green credit is lower.
