蓝紫色氧化锆陶瓷的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用固相法合成着色剂CoAl_(2)O_(4)和Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7),研究了不同含量着色剂CoAl_(2)O_(4)和Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)对氧化锆陶瓷色度以及力学性能的影响.结果表明:当着色剂CoAl_(2)O_(4)添加质量分数为5%,Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)质量分数为7%,烧结温度1450℃时,材料硬度为14.1 GPa,韧性为9.0 MPa·m^(1/2),L^(*),a^(*),b^(*)值分别为43.79,-0.34,-21.26,所制备的蓝紫色氧化锆陶瓷综合性能最优,兼具色泽明亮与良好的力学性能. CoAl_(2)O_(4) and Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7) colorants were synthesized by solid-state method.The effects of different content of Coal2O4 and Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7) colorants on the chroma and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that when the sintering temperature is 1450℃,the mass fraction of the additives of CoAl_(2)O_(4) and Nd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7) is 5% and 7%,respectively,and the hardness and toughness of the materials are 14.1 GPa and 9.0 MPa·m^(1/2),respectively;meanwhile,the value of L^(*),a^(*) and b^(*) is 43.79,-0.34 and -21.26,respectively.The synthetical properties of the prepared blue-purple zirconia ceramics are the best with bright color and good mechanical properties.
