用于二氧化碳脱除的酒糟基活性炭的制备

摘要 以白酒糟为原料,采用“高温炭化+KOH活化”工艺制备用于CO_(2)脱除的酒糟基活性炭,考察了活化温度、碱炭比对活性比表面积与孔隙结构的影响,构建了不同孔径微孔与CO_(2)吸附量之间的关系,得出了用于二氧化碳脱除的酒糟基活性炭吸附性的最佳吸附孔径.实验结果表明:在碱炭比为3∶1,活化温度为850℃,活化时间为60 min条件下,制备得到的酒糟基活性炭具有较高的表面积和孔体积,表面积为2225 m^(2)/g,孔体积为1.2171 cm^(3)/g,微孔孔容为1.0656 cm^(3)/g.在CO_(2)吸附过程中,吸附量随着微孔孔容的增加而上升,0.8~1 nm的微孔对CO_(2)吸附最有效. Distiller’s grains were used as raw materials to prepare distiller’s grains-based activated carbon for the removal of CO_(2)by high temperature carbonization+KOH activation process.The effects of activation temperature and alkali-carbon ratio on the active specific surface area and pore structure were investigated.The optimum adsorption pore size of activated carbon for the removal of carbon dioxide from distiller’s grains was obtained by using the fitting results between different pore size and CO_(2)adsorption capacity.As shown by the experimental results,under the conditions that the mass ratio of KOH to raw material is 3∶1,the activation temperature is 850℃ and the activation time is 60 min,the activated carbon prepared from distiller-grains has higher surface area and pore volume,reaching 2225 m^(2)/g and 1.2171 cm^(3)/g,respectively.Under these conditions,the micropore volume also reaches 1.0656 cm^(3)/g.In the process of CO_(2)adsorption,the adsorption amount increased with the increase of micropore volume,and the micropores of 0.8-1 nm were the most effective for CO_(2)adsorption.
