摘要
基于自行设计的一套脉冲磁场水处理装置,对Ca^(2+)浓度为5 mmol/L的CaCO_(3)溶液进行阻垢实验研究.利用扫描电子显微镜与热重分析仪分别对垢样的微观形貌、起始分解温度进行分析,同时检测溶液的pH值,并利用挂片法计算阻垢率.结果表明,在脉冲磁场作用下,部分致密的垢样转变为形貌疏松的颗粒,不易附着在管壁上,且频率为0.5 kHz到5 kHz时,阻垢率随着频率的增加先上升后下降,当施加频率为1.25 kHz时,其阻垢率可达69%,阻垢效果最佳.
The anti-scaling experiment for CaCO_(3) solution with Ca^(2+) concentration of 5 mmol/L was carried out by the self-designed pulsed magnetic field water-treatment device.The micromorphology was observed by using field emission scanning electron microscope,and the initial decomposition temperature of the scale was analyzed by Thermogravimetric Analyzer(TGA).Furthermore,the pH valueof the solution was detected by pH meter and the scale-inhibition rate was calculated by hanging piece method.The results showed thatpart of the dense water scale could be transformed into loose particles which were not easy to adhere to the wall of the tube under the applied pulsed magnetic field.The scale-inhibition rate increased first and then decreased with the increase of frequency from 0.5 kHz to 5 kHz.When the frequency was 1.25 kHz,the scale-inhibition rate could reach 69%,and the best scale-inhibition effect was a-chieved.
