对亚行贷款地下水漏斗区域综合治理项目生态环境管理模式进行了分析,总结制定环境管理计划、全过程监督检查、重点项目专项监控及建立管理投诉应诉机制等管理经验,可为国内类似水利工程施工期生态环境监控提供借鉴。

Through the'analysis of the ecological environment management model of the Asian Development Bank(ADB)-financed Shandong Groundwater Protection Project,management measures such as formulating an environ-mental management plan,whole-process supervision and inspection,special monitoring of key sub-projects,and establishing a management complaint response mechanism are obtained,Which can provide a reference for the ecological environment monitoring during the construction period of similar water conservancy projects in China.
