“厂网河湖”一体化智慧排水系统应用功能设计

Design of sewage treatment plant-drainage pipe network-urban river and lake intelligent drainage system application

为提升城市排水系统的运行效率和质量,以湖北省武汉市某区水环境综合整治项目为例,开发设计了基于WebGIS的“厂网河湖”一体化智慧排水系统。介绍了智慧排水系统的应用功能设计,主要包含综合监管平台、在线监控报警系统、资产管理系统、日常运维系统、应急管理一体化系统、绩效管理动态化系统、厂网河湖决策智能化系统公众互动平台等八大模块,以期为城市排水一体化智慧管理提供参考。

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of urban drainage systems, this paper develops and designs the integrated intelligent drainage system of “sewage treatment plant-drainage pipe network-urban river and lake” based on WebGIS based on the comprehensive water environment improvement project of a certain district in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. This paper introduces the application function design of an intelligent drainage system, which mainly includes eight modules: comprehensive supervision platform, online monitoring and alarm system, asset management system, daily operation and maintenance system, integrated emergency management system, dynamic performance management system, intelligent decision-making system of river and lake in factory network, and public interaction platform. It can provide a reference for integrated intelligent management of urban drainage.
