摘要
“德技并修”是新时代对高素质技术技能型人才的培养要求。中等职业学校聚焦学生职业素养培育目标,科学构建专业课程与思政课程协同育人机制,可以保证思政课程与专业课程同向发力,促使学生在提高专业技能的同时,提升思想政治素养,实现“德”与“技”同步发展。文章通过对中职学生德技并修现状的调查分析,明确课程协同促进中职学生德技并修的思路,并展示课程协同促进中职学生德技并修的成效,以期为课程协同促进中职学生德技并修实施提供参考。
"Promote the combination of morality and technology"is the training requirement of high-quality technical and skilled talents in the new era.Secondary vocational schools focus on the cultivation goal of students'professional quality,and scientifically build a collaborative education mechanism between professional courses and ideological and political courses,which can ensure that ideological and political courses and professional courses work in the same direction,promote students to improve their ideological and political quality while improving their professional skills,and realize the synchronous promote of"morality"and"technology".Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of moral and technical training of secondary vocational students,this paper clarifies the idea of curriculum collaboration to promote the moral and technical training of secondary viationd students,and shows the effectiveness of collaboration to promote the moral and technical training of secondary vocational students,in order to provide reference for the implementation of curriculum collaboration to promote the moral and technical training of secondary vocational students.
