在全面促进高等教育深化改革的背景下,高校人才培养理念不断创新,如何落实立德树人根本任务,促进人才全面发展,成为高校教育实践中的重要探索方向。文章结合新时代背景,对高校基于劳动教育促进“立德树人”根本任务贯彻落实的措施进行探究,旨在充分发挥劳动教育的优势,践行“三全育人”的思想,将大学生培养成为全面发展的高素质人才,为中国特色社会主义现代化建设事业的开展提供高素质人才保障。

Under the background of comprehensively promoting the deepening reform of higher education,the concept of talent training in colleges and universities has been constantly innovated.How to implement the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue and promote the all-round development of talents has become an important exploration direction in the practice of higher education.Based on the background of the new era,this paper explores the measures to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of"foster character and civic virtue"in colleges and universities based on labor education,aiming to give full play to the advantages of labor education,practice the idea of"three complete education",cultivate college students into high-quality talents with all-round development,and provide high-quality talents guarantee for the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
