中职人才培养关系到我国社会经济的未来发展,中职院校必须加强自身建设,提高人才培养质量。中职人才培养不能只注重技能培训,而要“德能并举”,在发挥学校育人主体作用的同时,还要加强“校企合作”,将企业纳入人才培养体系,充分挖握企业育人资源和力量,为学生提供更加多样化的教育内容、教育模式,促进中职学生全面发展,提高人才培养质量。

The cultivation of secondary vocational talents is related to the future development of China's social economy.Secondary vocational colleges must strengthen their own construction and improve the quality of talent cultivation.The cultivation of secondary vocational talents should not only focus on skill training,but also"develop both morality and ability".While giving full play to the main role of school education,we should also strengthen"school enterprise cooperation",bring enterprises into the talent cultivation system,fully tap the resources and strength of enterprise education,provide students with more diversified educational content and education mode,promote the all-round development of secondary vocational students,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
