OSCE在高校“基础护理学”实训课中的应用探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价OSCE(客观结构化临床考试)在护理学专业“基础护理学”实训课中的应用效果。方法:选取护理学专业370名学生,并随机平均分为对照组、实验组。其中,对照组学生以传统教学方法开展教学,实验组学生以OSCE教学方法开展教学。结合教学方法设计调查问卷,统计学生的考核成绩,比较两组的差异。结果:实验组的各项成绩分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。满意度方面,实验组的分数水平均高于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:应用OSCE教学方法对学生进行“基础护理学”教学,可有效提高教学质量,推动教学工作顺利开展. Objective:to evaluate the application effect of OSCE(objective structured clinical examination)in the"basic nursing"training course of nursing specialty.Methods:370 nursing students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Among them,the students in the control group study with traditional teaching methods,to carry out teaching nd the students in the experimental group study with OSCE teaching methods to carry out teaching.Combined with the teaching methods,we designed a questionnaire,counted the students'examination results,and compared the differences between the two groups.Results:the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of OSCE teaching method in the teaching of"basic nursing"can effectively improve the teaching quality and promote the smooth development of teaching work.
