基于提升数学素养的学生“学习共同体”构建探究

摘要 学习共同体是以问题为本位,以自主学习为主体的基层学习集体。基于提升数学素养构建“学习共同体”时,教师要积极提升个人素养,转变教学观念,并发挥家校合作的作用。具体构建策略有:利用情感交流,帮助学生建立合作意识;注重课堂互动,提升学习共同体成员的数学素养;尊重学生的个体差异性,实现因材施教;建工评价激励机制,以此为学生营造良好的学习环境,充分发挥集体智慧,使学生掌握正确的学习方式,锻炼思维,实现对数学知识的深度学习。 Learning community is a grass-roots learning collective based on problems and autonomous learning.When building a"learning community"based on improving mathematical competence,teachers should actively improve their personal competence,change their teaching concepts,and play the role of home school cooperation.The specific construction strategies are:using emotional communication lo help students establish a sense of cooperation;pay attention to classroom interaction and improve the mathematical literacy of the learning community;member respect students'individual differences and teach students according to their aptitude;establish an evaluation and incentive mechanism to create a good learning environment for students,give full play to collective wisdom,enable students to master correct learning methods,exercise their thinking,and achieve in-depth learning of mathematical knowledge.
