日本波形钢腹板桥设计与施工关键技术 被引量:8

摘要 波形钢腹板桥具有受力合理、自重较轻、施工方便等优点。日本是修建该类型桥梁最多的国家,以日本近期建设的4座波形钢腹板桥为例,介绍该类型桥梁的结构特点、施工工艺、防腐措施等。茨原川Ⅱ桥为(110+50)m PC连续箱梁桥,边主跨比小,主、边跨分别采用波形钢腹板、混凝土腹板,主跨侧桥台配重式设计,波形钢腹板区梁高按折线变化,在梁高转折点部位箱梁内侧设置横隔板和混凝土内衬。柳岛高架桥为多跨PC波形钢腹板箱梁桥,上、下行线分幅布置,为缩短工期,采用波形钢腹板用大型挂篮施工,减少了施工节段数量。新池山高架桥由2联波形钢腹板箱梁桥组成,其中7跨连续刚构波形钢腹板箱梁桥采用异步悬臂施工,波形钢腹板安装及主梁顶、底板混凝土浇筑在3个不同节段同时施工,节省了施工时间。安威川桥为波形钢腹板箱梁桥,上、下行线主跨分别为179 m、170 m,最大悬臂施工节段长6.4 m,采用快速施工方法,在主梁底板结合处波形钢腹板内、外侧喷镀防腐蚀金属材料。 Compared with conventional steel webs,the utilization of corrugated steel webs can lead to the reduction of the self-weight of the superstructure as well as ease-of-construction,without compromising the load bearing capacity of the bridge.Bridges with corrugated steel webs have been built widely in the world,and Japan is the country of most bridges of such type.In this paper,four bridges with corrugated steel webs that have been completed in recent years in Japan are used as cases to introduce the structural characteristics,construction techniques and corrosion protection measures of similar bridges.Ibaragawa Bridge is a continuous box girder bridge with two spans of 110 and 50 m,featuring its small side span to main span ratio.The superstructures of main and side spans are fitted with corrugated steel webs and concrete webs,respectively.The abutment at the end of the main span are counterbalanced.The superstructure with corrugated steel webs is of variable depth,following kinked trace,at the turning point of the girder depth,diaphragms and concrete lining are added.Yanagishima Bridge consists of two side-by-side viaducts,each containing multiple spans of PC box girders with corrugated steel webs.During construction,large-scale form travelers that were tailored for corrugated steel webs were used to reduce the number of girder segments divided,and finally shorten construction schedule.Shin-Ikeyama Viaduct consists of two continuous units,and the unit of seven spans of continuous rigid-frame structure with corrugated steel webs was cast in cantilevers,but the two cantilevers were cast alternately.The installation of the corrugated steel webs,casting of the top and base slabs of the three girder segments in a group were carried out in parallel to save construction time.Aigawa Bridge is a box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,which consists of two viaducts with main spans of 179 and 170 m,respectively,each accommodating one-way traffic.The bridge was constructed by accelerated construction method,and the maximum length of cantilever segment reached 6.4 m.At the connections of the box base slabs and corrugated steel webs,the inner and outer surfaces of the corrugated steel webs are coated with anti-corrosion metal materials.
