摘要
寿春淮河大桥由主桥、北引桥、南引桥组成,主桥为主跨200 m的矮塔斜拉桥,引桥分钢桁架梁组合桥、钢管桁架组合梁桥和钢板组合梁桥3种桥型。该桥结构复杂,为了直观地把握大桥结构健康状态、病害分布等,基于BIM建立该桥智慧场景信息管理系统。智慧场景信息管理系统融合BIM、三维GIS、无人机倾斜摄影三维实景、无人机巡检数据三维重建等各种主要三维模型及视图形式,对桥梁基础信息、健康监测、巡检管养、无人机巡检、监测报警、桥梁评定、场景漫游等数据进行三维可视化展示及管理。该系统在保障养护业务管理科学化、规范化的同时,提高了养护质量,降低了管理成本。
The Shouchun Huaihe River Bridge consists of a main bridge,a north and a south approach bridges.The main bridge is an extradosed bridge with a main span of 200 m,and the approach bridges represent three bridge types,including the steel truss girder bridge,combined steel tubular arch and girder bridge as well as steel plate and concrete slab composite girder bridge.The bridge structure is complex.To obtain the health condition and deterioration of the bridge with ease,a BIM-based smart scene information management system is developed,which integrates the main 3D models and visual images that can be presented by BIM,three-dimensional GIS,3D real scene of drone tilt photography,3D reconstruction of drone inspection data.By doing so,the diverse data,for instance,basic information of bridge,health monitoring,patrol inspection and maintenance,drone inspection,monitoring and alarming,bridge evaluation and scene roaming,can be expressed and managed in a 3D visualized manner.Besides the scientific and standardized bridge maintenance management,the system can improve the maintenance quality,while reducing the maintenance costs.
