COVID-19 Sequelae: Clinical Features and Research Progress

随着治愈出院的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者不断增加,其相关后遗症的出现成为了继急性感染后的一场新的全球健康危机。新冠肺炎后遗症涉及呼吸、循环、神经、消化、心理认知等多个系统,且其持续时间不定、轻重程度不一,严重影响着人们的身心健康,同时对社会的发展造成了影响。本文通过大量查阅国内外相关文献,总结了新冠肺炎后遗症的相关临床特征及其研究进展,以期为制定全面系统的管理体系提供参考。

With the increasing number of COVID-19 patients cured and discharged from hospitals,the emergence of associated sequelae has become a new global health crisis following acute infection.The sequelae of COVID-19 involves respiratory circulatory,neurological,digestive,psycho-cognitive and other systems,with varing duration and severity,seriously affecting people's physical and mental health,as well as the development of society.In this paper,we summarized the clinical features and research progress of COVID-19 sequelae through extensive review of relevant domestic and international literature,with a view to providing reference for the development of a comprehensive and systematic management system.
