Exploration and Practice of Kunlun Lubrication Party Construction Embedded Leading Strategic Transformation

党的领导是国有企业的“根”,党的建设是国有企业的“魂”。新时代背景下,国际局势动荡,经济发展趋缓,国有企业必须始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,贯彻落实新发展理念,改革创新,探索企业发展新路径,实现国有资产保值增值和持续稳健发展,发挥领导核心和政治核心作用,为企业发展提供压舱石和动力源作用。文章从党建嵌入理论出发,以昆仑润滑为例,探讨了嵌入式党建在当前国有企业中的重要作用,结合战略转型麦肯锡7S模型,通过党建有机嵌入到7S各个要素,引领企业发展战略转型,促进战略的落地和实施,不断推动国有企业实现高质量发展。

The leadership of the party is the“root”of state-owned enterprises,and party building is the“soul”of state-owned enterprises.Under the background of the new era,with the turbulent international situation and slowing down of economic development,stateowned enterprises must always adhere to the Xi Jinping new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as guidance,implement the new development concept,reform and innovation,explore a new path of enterprise development,realize the value of state-owned assets and sustained steady development,play the role of leadership core and political core,provide ballast stone and power source for enterprise development.Starting from the party embedded theory,taking Kunlun lubrication as an example,this paper discusses the important role of embedded party in the current state-owned enterprises,combined with the strategic transformation Mckinsey 7S model,through the party organic embedded into 7S elements,so as to lead the enterprise development strategy transformation,promote the implementation of strategy,and constantly promote the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
