This paper first analyzes the maintenance value of petrochemical equipment,then analyzes the common dangerous elements in the maintenance of petrochemical equipment,including internal work,fire work,work at height and other hidden dangers,and finally puts forward the control strategy of the risk factors related to the maintenance of petrochemical equipment,including making basic preparation,improving equipment maintenance management mechanism,activly developing advanced technology,strengthening the technical training of maintenance personnel.
