Safety Problems and Countermeasures in Chemical Engineering Design

在化工行业中,安全问题是工程建设中的一个重要环节,它直接关系到工程质量和化工企业在市场中的发展。要想提高化工生产的安全水平,必须准确地发现工程设计中的不稳定因素和潜在危险,并采用科学、有效的措施加以控制,为实现我国化工行业的可持续发展奠定良好的基础。基于此,文章以化工工程设计的安全为研究对象,对化工工程设计的概述和特点进行了介绍,然后对化工工程设计的安全问题进行了分析,并基于问题,提出了几点安全措施。

In the chemical industry,the safety problem is an important link in the engineering construction.It is directly related to the engineering quality and the development of chemical enterprises in the market.In order to improve the safety level of chemical production,it is necessary to find out the unstable factors and potential dangers in engineering design,and adopt scientific and effective measures to control them,so as to lay a good foundation for the sustainable development of China’s chemical industry.Based on this,this paper takes the safety of chemical engineering design as the research object,introduces the outline and characteristics of chemical engineering design,and then analyzes the safety problems of chemical engineering design,and puts forward several safety measures based on the problems.
