差异化战略、创新投入和公司绩效--基于中介效应的实证检验

Differentiation strategy,innovation input and corporate performance:an empirical test based on intermediary effect

在更新迭代飞速的当代,创新是企业在竞争惨烈的市场下站稳脚跟的基本条件,是企业持续发展的最根本的要求。企业实施差异化战略通过创新投入来影响企业绩效。以2012—2019年A股上市公司数据为研究样本,讨论差异化战略、创新投入与公司绩效三者之间的关系。研究表明:公司绩效与差异化战略为显著正相关关系,创新投入的增加能够提升公司绩效。并且公司实施差异化战略通过创新投入来影响公司绩效。研究结果对差异化战略、创新投入与公司绩效的提升提供一定的建议。

In the contemporary era of rapid renewal and iteration,innovation is the basic condition for enterprises to stand firm in the fiercely competitive market and the most fundamental requirement for enterprises’sustainable development.The implementation of differentiation strategy affects corporate performance through innovation input.Taking the data of A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2019 as research samples,this paper discusses the relationship among differentiation strategy,innovation input and corporate performance.The results show that there is a significantly positive correlation between corporate performance and differentiation strategy,and the increase of innovation input may improve corporate performance.Moreover,company implements differentiation strategy to affect corporate performance through innovation input.The results of this study provide some suggestions for the improvement of differentiation strategy,innovation input and corporate performance.
