计及虚拟储能的风光储独立微电网优化配置 被引量:8

摘要 针对风光资源丰富的偏远地区,提出风光储独立型微电网容量配置模型及协同运行策略。首先建立分布式电源的数学模型,考虑负载失电率以及能量过剩率,以微网配置总成本作为目标函数,采用改进的粒子群算法进行一次优化配置;再以一次优化配置所得的蓄电池配置结果,作为二次优化配置的输入,引入基于电力弹簧的虚拟储能,以储能系统的总成本最低为目标函数,计算虚拟储能所等效的蓄电池数量,减少蓄电池的配置数量,得出最终的配置结果。最后,通过算例分析表明了该方法的可行性及经济性,可为微电网容量配置提供参考。 In view of the remote areas with abundant wind/photovoltaic(PV)resources,the capacity allocation model and coordinated operation strategy of wind-solar storage independent microgrid were proposed.Firstly,a mathematical model of distributed power was established,considering the loss of power supply probability(LPSP)and energy exceed rate(EXR),the total cost of microgrid allocation was taken as the objective function which was calculated by improved particle swarm algorithm,and then the battery allocation result obtained by the first optimize phase;Secondly,the result from first phase was used as the input of the second optimization phase,and virtual energy storage based on electric springs(ES)was added.With the lowest total cost of the energy storage system as the objective function to calculate the number of batteries equivalent to the virtual energy storage,the number of battery configurations was reduced,and the final allocation result was gotten.Finally,the feasibility and economy of the method were demonstrated through a calculation example,which can provide a reference for the capacity allocation of the microgrid system.
